OBC: Evolving IT Support and Automation for the Cloud Era
Founded in 2014, OBC began by guiding organizations through cloud adoption and legacy modernization. During this work, we identified key shortcomings in traditional IT approaches—particularly in user support and automation.
In response, we launched a dedicated help desk team in 2018 to deliver empathetic, user-focused support, and introduced an automation platform to proactively detect and resolve issues. These additions have expanded our impact and positioned OBC for ongoing growth.
